Send wishes and get desired real estate

I would like to buy land to build a private house/property. It is preferable if the land will be in Didi Dighomi, near 3rd micro/region, or near American Village. There should be a road to get to this land. Also, it should have electricity, water, gas, and sewage. Desired space is 500-600 cbm. Price range is 10-14 thousand dollars. The land should allow the construction of a house sized 10x10. I will be also interested to consider similar offers, with similar conditions in other parts of Tbilisi too (for example: Isani – near Monk Gabriel Prospect).

I would like to buy a unit in a newly built apartment building, preferably in Vake-Bagebi territory. The apartment should be renovated, with furniture, clean air, and green surroundings. The apartment building should have a yard, where I'll be able to walk with child. The apartment space should be around 100-120 cbm and the price range should be about 80-100 thousand dollars.

I would like to rent a cozy three-room apartment, preferably on the 3rd-5th floors and in Digmis Masivi, on Rustaveli, or in Saburtalo territory for $600. The apartment should be newly built, sunny, with beautiful yard and view.
